Dear Customers,

We are pleased to inform you that you can now take advantage of our newest delivery service in Greece to an Automated Parcel Machines.

Part of the advantages of this type of delivery is that there are over 700 APMs throughout Greece, the network continues to grow daily, and the recipient can pick up their parcel at any time of the day.

Shipments are handled under the following additional conditions:

1. All prices are in BGN excluding VAT.
2. VAT and Fuel fee will be added to the above prices.
3. Three package’s sizes:
   • Small – 8 cm/45 cm/ 62 cm
   • Medium – 18 cm/45 cm/62 cm
   • Large – 36 cm/45 cm/62 cm
4. Maximum weight per shipment is 20. 00 kg.
5. The courier service is always paid by the sender in Bulgaria. Cannot be paid by the recipient abroad.
6. The delivery time is in working days and does not take into account the day of pickup, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
7. Shipments may consist of only one package. Each subsequent package is a separate shipment.
8. Shipments are held in the machine for up to 72 hours.
9. The APMs are located in mainland Greece.
10. The COD is payable by the recipient by debit/credit card only. Payment is made online in advance.
11. Amounts collected in foreign currency will be converted into BGN at the KBC Bank Bulgaria’s buy rate on the day of payment.
