Shipments are handled under the following additional conditions:

1. All prices are in BGN excluding VAT.
2. VAT and Fuel fee will be added to the above prices.
3. Payment for the courier service is made by the sender in cash.
4. Shipments shall be charged at the tariff weight whichever is the greater of the actual or dimensional weight. The volumetric weight is calculated by the formula V=a. b. c/5000, where a, b and c are the length, width and height of the consignment respectively, in centimetres.
5. Allowed dimensions: size up to 100cm/ 100cm/ 100cm and up to 32 (thirty-two) kg actual weight.
6. COD may not exceed the BGN equivalent of 2000 (two thousand) euros.
7. Delivery of a shipment is made “to the door” of the recipient within 3-4 working days after taking from the sender.
8. COD shall be paid to the sender within up to 10 working days after delivery of the shipment.
