Shipments are handled under the following additional conditions:

1. All prices are in BGN excluding VAT.
2. VAT and Fuel fee will be added to the above prices.
3. The courier service is always paid by the sender in Bulgaria. It cannot be paid by the recipient abroad.
4. The delivery time is in working days and does not take into account the day of pickup, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
5. Shipments may consist of only one package. Each subsequent package is a separate shipment.
6. Shipments shall be charged at the tariff weight whichever is the bigger one – the actual or dimensional weight.
7. The volumetric weight is calculated using the formula V=a. b. c/5000, where a, b and c are the length, width and height of the consignment respectively.
8. The value of the Cash on delivery shall be declared in the local currency of the recipient country.
9. The maximum value of the COD is in euros, converted to the local currency.
10. Maximum declared value is 3000 BGN.
11. Declared value service is mandatory for COD shipments to Poland.
12. Shipments to Spain and Portugal are only delivered to the mainland of both countries.
13. Amounts collected in foreign currency will be converted into BGN at the KBC Bank Bulgaria’s buy rate on the day of payment.
