1. All prices are in BGN excluding VAT.
2. VAT and Fuel fee will be added to the above prices.
3. The courier service is always paid by the sender in Bulgaria. Cannot be paid by the recipient abroad.
4. Delivery time is in working days and does not take into account the day of pick-up, Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.
5. Shipments may consist of only one package. Each subsequent package is a separate shipment.
6. Shipments shall be charged at the tariff weight whichever is the bigger one – the actual or the volumetric weight.
7. The volumetric weight is calculated using the formula V=a. b. c/5000, where a, b and c are the length, width and height of the consignment respectively.
8. The value of the Cash on delivery shall be declared in the local currency of the recipient country.
9. Amounts collected in foreign currency will be converted into BGN at the KBC Bank Bulgaria’s buy rate on the day of payment.
